Working VeChain NFC chip.

Ok so here we go guys, a working VeChain NFC chip up close. This is an official – working – VeChain product label with an integrated NFC chip. I have seen it working with the app on a smartphone and it provides clear information to the user – what the product is about from the production stage all the way down to the end user. Just activate your app, hold your phone close to the label and BAM! There is your information. Works like a charm.

Two kinds of VeChain NFC chips

This is  the large variant of the chip. There is also a smaller variant about 1 to 1,5 inch wide in a circular form and only with the blue V logo printed on them. On the back they had a similar NFC Chip, just like this one.

Please note that these are for testing purposes only, so not sure if the actual product will look like this one.

VeChain NFC labels are tamper proof

The labels are tamper proof in such a way that you can stick it once, but it will be impossible to get them off in one piece. I gave it a try and trust me, the chip will break no matter what. Still it is strong enough as long as you don’t mess it with in a silly way. It is just designed to stick, stay intact as long as you don’t try to take it off. If placed over a cap of let’s say, a very expensive bottle of champagne, it would be nearly impossible to replace the expensive champagne with a cheap variant.

So it is really happening guys, it is no longer a concept. I have the working product in my hands and it is awesome. If you have any questions about the label, just hit the comments. I’ll try to add / update the page where I can.
